And average does not win. Pay attention to the five BRAVE questions. Answer them outside-in in order:
Where to play? (Environment – context)
What matters and why? (Values – purpose)
How to win? (Attitude – strategy)
How to connect? (Relationships – communication)
What impact? (Behaviors – implementation)
