In 2014, Wilcox Miller & Nelson were accepted into the prestigious Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), the highest level of quality certification in the executive search industry.
The AESC is the official body representing retained executive recruiting consulting firms worldwide. As a full service organization with regional councils in the Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific and an International Board of Directors, the AESC’s mission is to promote and enhance the practice of retained executive search. Retained executive search consulting is defined as an exclusive senior executive recruiting mandate from an organization, which is performed under a retainer agreement.
